Dog Day Fermenter
A reusable 3 gallon fermenter (for producing eight liters - 2.1 gallons of beer).  The Dog Day Fermenter includes a built-in easy pour tap and a 1 7/8" opening for a drilled rubber stopper & fermentation lock. Our fermenter is lightweight and shatter resistant, made from FDA compliant PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic, which imparts no taste or flavor migration.

Bottles & Caps
The Dog Day Mini-Brewery Kit includes 16 half-liter reusable plastic bottles, complete with screw-on caps. These are PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles, designed to accommodate carbonated beverages and are FDA approved.

Ingredients
The Dog Day Mini-Brewery Kit includes all the ingredients you need to brew your first batch of beer.  All Dog Day Recipe Kits include: unhopped malt extract, hops, yeast. This gives you, the brewer, a fresher tasting product and more control over the final bitterness of the beer.  All kits produce a respectable alcohol content, without requiring additional sugar, booster, or malt extract.  Each kit come with printed detailed instructions tailored for that specific recipe.  No "One Size Fits All" procedure!
